Photocopying (or amount charged by court, if higher) $.65 per page
Telephone   (long distance calls only) $2.00 per call
Local Fax $.50 per page
Long-Distance Fax $1.50 per page
Transportation $10.00
F.O.I.A. Requests $35.00
